Integrated Dermatology Group of Brookline, with offices in Brookline and Andover, MA, is a full-service practice. Dr Alan Rockoff Along with his associates Dr Miaoyuan, Megan Webb, PA-C, Nelya Christiansen, PA-C, and Jessica Howie, PA-C. Dr. Rockoff offers dermatology services, including diagnosis and treatment of acne, rashes, and skin cancers, including annual skin checks for moles and skin cancer.
Integrated Dermatology Group also offers laser, cosmetic, and skincare services, featuring state-of-the-art lasers and other light-based medical devices. Under Dr. Rockoff’s supervision, Mary Carpinito, RN treats patients with wrinkles, scars, unsightly red and brown spots, spider leg veins, tattoo removal, chemical peels, and gives skincare advice for patients with acne, rosacea, and sun-damaged skin.

My visit was very pleasant and smooth. I scheduled my appointment on the same day and was able to get the treatment I was looking for. They were very efficient and helpful. The wait time was only about 20 minutes, and I was done about 10 minutes later. Overall, I would definitely recommend and fo back again!

Dr. Wang was fairly communicative, but I wish she had talked with me more. She said she wasn't sure what was causing my rash, thought it might be a cream I was using and told me to stop use, but offered no other information. I came away with many questions unfortunately.

My appointment was for 10am. I arrived 10 minutes early and finally decided to leave without being seen when I was still in the waiting room 35 minutes after my scheduled appt. The front desk did not apologize, the only reply was "ok, I'll let her know." when I told the secretary I was leaving and couldn't wait any longer,

The provider was knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, attentive, a great listener, patient, and addressed all of my concerns thoroughly… However, the front office staff were rather unpleasant and unprofessional. When I arrived, the person at the front desk slid the glass door open and immediately said “name?”, just as I smiled and said good morning. She did not respond nor did she make eye contact with me throughout any of the time she spoke to me. At one point she asked what pharmacy I use and out of habit I started to give the address. She got irritated that I didn’t start with the name (funny thing is she put the wrong location). She was more focused on having conversations with the other people behind the desk (who were also unfriendly and curt).

I found that the appointment went as well as it did because from reception to being discharged, all the staff that I interacted with were all wonderful! I was happy with the treatments they gave me and the post-treatment instructions were very clear.

Great experience. I93 added 30 minutes to my drive, as it often does, and the office was really understanding and let me shift my appointment. I saw Ashley, who was great. Super efficient and knowledgeable, addressed my concerns about some growths I wanted looked at and even removed it that day to send off for biopsy! I already feel better having it off me.
She even pointed out some other spots she thought might be worth a biopsy and sent those off as well, which gives me a lot of peace of mind. Great practice, great staff.

The provider was running late, but I didn't mind since I was able to get a same-day appointment and peace of mind. She was very friendly and very reassuring. She explained the difference between two types of keratoses and treated one that might become cancerous. She gently reminded me (as opposed to lecturing me) to use sunscreen. I felt relief and happiness after seeing her.
