Five stars for the friendly staff and team! The office was a bit busy, but the wait time wasn't bad at all. Dr. Williams was pleasant, though I got hit with a bit of a financial plot twist! I was originally quoted a reasonable estimate for a skin tag removal if insurance didn't cover it, but after a quick look, the doctor decided those tiny tags had premium real estate value upgraded them to VIP luxury status, and doubled the estimate on the spot. Great friendly vibes overall, just be ready for a unexpected cost jump!"
