Appt was set for 1pm, doctor did not contact me until 3pm. After the Tele health visit, medication prescription was never sent to my pharmacy. Four days later I contacted the office, they said they sent the prescription under the wrong spelling of my name (not sure how that’s possible). Receptionist said she would fix it and redo the prescription. Checked the next day and cvs still had not received my prescription, called doctors office back again. She finally called CVS with me on the phone to put my prescription through. Very unprofessional and disorganized.

Worst experience in my life. She was 20 minutes late, driving in her car while trying to take my appointment on the road, as a virtual appointment. When I asked her to go 20 minutes over the appointment for the time she made me wait initially, she agreed, but then overcharged me dramatically. Then when I followed up to get her to contact my insurance to correct the overcharged price, she lied to me and did not. Avoid at all costs, she is terrible!!!

I cannot thank Dr. Nguh enough. She truly cares for her patients. I have been in several crises since seeing her, called her and she always makes sure to squeeze me in same day. Goes above and beyond to take care of patients. That being said, during our video sessions there have been times where someone has called her and she needs to pause our session for a minute. To others this might be frustrating but to me it shows me that she indeed wants everyone’s concerns to be heard and for none of her patients to feel neglected. I wish I had found her sooner. Feels like I’m talking to a wise aunt or mom.
