Dr. Webb is a board-certified internal medicine physician and will help lead Integrated Modern Health. He currently serves as a Hospital Medicine Medical Director and Department Chair of Medicine. Dr. Webb has been recognized with Physician of the Year (2023), the Physician Leadership Award (2024), and the Rising Star Award (2025) in Tennessee and Georgia. As a hospitalist and physician leader, Dr. Webb has supported quality improvement initiatives focused on strengthening care coordination and enhancing the patient experience across multiple hospital systems. At Integrated Modern Health, he leads a mission to deliver convenient, secure, tech-enabled care for patients across Georgia, with a focus on post-hospital follow-ups, chronic care management, and accessible virtual care.
At Integrated Modern Health, our mission is to deliver seamless, patient-centered internal medicine through innovative Telehealth solutions. We are committed to bridging the gaps in post-hospitalization care, chronic disease care, and weight management support by providing timely, high-quality medical services from the comfort of home. Our goal is to
improve outcomes, reduce hospital readmissions, and empower patients with compassionate, accessible care—wherever they are.
We do provide in person referrals to specialists when appropriate.

Integrated Modern Health is in-network with many major commercial insurance plans, Medicare, and select Medicaid plans. Insurance eligibility and benefits will be verified prior to your appointment.

Payment is required prior to your appointment.
$150 – 20-minute initial consultation
$175 – 45-minute comprehensive initial consultation
$185 – Initial weight management consultation
$95 – Follow-up visit

This was the best virtual experience I have ever had. Dr. Webb is a great listener, personable, and patient. He is very professional and was able to examine my legs for swelling. He was cognizant of the fact that I was outside and didn't ask to see my abdomen as to not embarrass me or get me in trouble out in the open. I would 1000% recommend him. He was very thorough and I trust his expertise. If you need assistance after hospitalization or at all he's someone I would recommend. This platform is very convenient as well as the available appointments.

Every visit ,everything leading up to the visit doctor webb went beyond trying reach me for one of the video visits,i was confused was trying to connect way early,when booking appiontments zocdoc isnt setting visits up right times,doctor webb and i talked about why i was not connecting right times,conclusions was zocdoc stes schedule on my time but were doctor webb is in different times zone than myself,and the reminders is set same as ,my time when we are 1 hour different ,causing alot of confusion

Look i have a hard time with emails,going to links thats sent to me even hooking up to do the video with the doctor,he called me first i explained it to him ,instead me having go thru and look for it he sent me message thru text on the spot talked me thru it,Doctor im glad i met,never made me feel uncomfortable but like hes been my doctor all along ,and was i felt very considerate and willing to help me in places i didnt exspect.im so glad i took a chance on line seeing a doctor,so 10 stars to doctor webb,very professional and friendly,all around i finally got some positive things happening in my life ,thanks doc.webb

Dr. Demareo Webb is the best healthcare provider I have ever had the privilege of interacting with. From the onset of my first appointment, he was friendly and genuinely interested in my health concerns, but he was also interested in me as a person. He has a natural ability to make a patient feel relaxed and at ease - not rushed or in a hurry. He took plenty of time to ask and answer questions, and become familiar with my medical history in order to determine the best treatment for my diagnosis.
