The pre-appt paperwork was easy to fill in and thorough, my appt started right on time. I met with Dr Kao, she was super kind and listened well. The first treatment was relaxing and I was comfortable in the room while waiting with the needles applied - I've been very cold in previous provider's offices and it made the treatment hard to deal with. I'm very confident about her treatment plan and excited to continue!

Acupuncture is a must do if you have some sort of physical pain. Your insurance might cover up to 20 sessions w/o copay so definitely give it a try. If this is your first time, you might be nervous but that is normal. Xiaojiao Li is a professional and made me feel very comfortable. I had a consistent pain on my food and leg and after the 1st session the difference was clear. Coming back for a few more!!
