Dr. Dale is the best. Where have you been all my life! I had headaches every day for most of my adult life. Dr. Dale was the first person to look at me like an engineer and show me how my upper back and neck posture was the root cause. He didn't just show me how messed up I am, he walked me through how he was going to fix the postural issues! Not only did he get rid of my headaches, he showed me how to make the improvement PERMANENT!! His program taught me how to fix my work station, how to sleep properly and what stretches and exercises I needed to do to maintain myself. I have never felt more empowered to take care of myself!
