Literally the best experience at a doctor’s office. I booked my appointment last minute on a Friday and was fitted in without a problem. When I arrived I was taken in almost immediately. During my initial evaluation I was put at ease by the doctor’s assistant, who was so sweet and explained everything in detail. I was seen by Gina, who was amazing and thorough and fully resolved my issue. I was in and out within 20 minutes. I’ll definitely be scheduling my future ENT visits here. 100/10 <3

Overall I had a great first experience with this office! The provider was nice and thorough, explained everything well. The office staff was all very friendly and extremely timely! The visit was very efficient and I feel that my issues were addressed well.
The only sticking point was with scheduling, if you reserve an appointment via Zoc Doc it is not technically reserved in the office's schedule. They treat the zoc doc appointments as requests, and they call to officially schedule you later.
In my case this meant that I thought I had a morning appointment booked, I missed the scheduling call though and by the time I was able to return it the slot I had asked for was already booked. It was pretty inconvenient for me since I had to then miss work if I wanted to have an appointment that day, but as long as you know in advance to maybe just book over the phone you should be fine.
