Can I tell you that I had a continuous issue with my ears for months felt like I was underwater felt like as if I had a sauce pot in front of my face when I speak, their first reaction was, you might have an eustation tube issue, they thoroughly looked in my ears found no wax. I took a hearing test. Showing an acute loss. I explained to him I had pressure in my head and it was diagnosed as ETD eustation tube dysfunction. This took several diagnosis with other local ENT’s. In fact, one ENT group, made no mention of the eustation tube, as if it wasn’t even part of the Ear. I was seen by four different doctors in that group. I was told I have loss of hearing and that I need hearing aids completely misdiagnosed purposely. I can almost guarantee that the majority of the people walking around today have ETD issue and they don’t even know it. And they have overpriced expensive hearing aids and don’t necessarily need them.

Literally the best experience at a doctor’s office. I booked my appointment last minute on a Friday and was fitted in without a problem. When I arrived I was taken in almost immediately. During my initial evaluation I was put at ease by the doctor’s assistant, who was so sweet and explained everything in detail. I was seen by Gina, who was amazing and thorough and fully resolved my issue. I was in and out within 20 minutes. I’ll definitely be scheduling my future ENT visits here. 100/10 <3

The provider was excellent in all ways. The wait time was over an hour, which I found a bit surprising since I was booked for first appointment after lunch(1:00).. perhaps the two or three people who were seen before me had the same time appointment, it only one was there when I arrived. Beyond that, I still much prefer this smaller praises compared to the huge conglomerate I was with prior.

Overall I had a great first experience with this office! The provider was nice and thorough, explained everything well. The office staff was all very friendly and extremely timely! The visit was very efficient and I feel that my issues were addressed well.
The only sticking point was with scheduling, if you reserve an appointment via Zoc Doc it is not technically reserved in the office's schedule. They treat the zoc doc appointments as requests, and they call to officially schedule you later.
In my case this meant that I thought I had a morning appointment booked, I missed the scheduling call though and by the time I was able to return it the slot I had asked for was already booked. It was pretty inconvenient for me since I had to then miss work if I wanted to have an appointment that day, but as long as you know in advance to maybe just book over the phone you should be fine.

Jordyn Popple is FABULOUS! SO personable and competent. Jordyn helped me with inexplicable lingering congestion issue; undiagnosed acid reflux issue that I didn't know I had, etc. If you need a new ENT, stop by Jordyn's Office for a check up, and a great office experience!
