Medical grade HBOT requires a medical clearance and prescription by our Hyperbaric Physician. The visit with Dr Mehra is covered by insurance (by insurances we work with) for On Label patients, and is $250 out of pocket for Off Label patients.

They have billed new patient fees besides the actual visit fees. I went for an annual check-up which is preventive care for my insurance. But surprised to see an additional bill as am a new patient.

I had the worse experience with this practice. I don’t know why you they have an online service to check in and fill out paper work?? When I arrived they did not have anything I filled out. The unprofessional, rude and unorganized practice I have ever been in. Unfortunately, they took my payment before I received any services, otherwise I would have walked out.
Good job to this app for being on top. Too bad the practice does not know to utilizes your app.

This doctor was terrible. Did not seem concerned about my health issues at all. I went in for a physical and didn't even have a physical that day because he doesn't do it the first time. Um...what? Why wouldn't you call me and tell me that? I have always booked physicals and had them the same day. Waiting line was long and front desk was unprofessional.

I went to be seen about a severe sore throat and other symptoms I suspect to be strep or mono. Right off the bat, the check in woman was extremely unprofessional, looking in the mirror and twirling her hair rather than answering my questions, didnt know if I had a copay or not, etc. The first nurse who took me back and did vitals and took a swab was great, no complaints. Then, while they left to run the tests, I overheard arguments about how it should be done, which made me doubt the reliability. A nurse practitioner came in, looked in my ears and throat, agreed that it looked bad, and just told me to rest and take advil...with no advice on what it could be. I asked if they could also test me for mono, and she said "oh sure," as if they hadnt thought of that. She took another swab for the mono, but said they had no mono testing stations open... Then, a fairly angry seeming woman came in and said she was taking me to the lab for blood tests. She took a blood sample and sort of rudely scoffed when I tried to ask questions- then as soon as she was done, without even looking at me, said "okay youre done." So I made my own way back to the front, and asked the check in lady how I would know what my results were. She gave a snarky smile and said "oh you have to schedule another appointment for that."...are you KIDDING? I have to come back...at a later date, so suffer through my current condition, and maybe pay another copay just to know my results, and maybe THEN be prescribed something to help? So,
I walked out with over an hour wasted and absolutely no new knowledge on my condition or advice other than to rest and take advil...which I was already doing on my own.

Completely rude, zero bedside manner or respect for patients. Treats you like a number, spent less than 60 seconds with me then had his assistant send in a refill for me. Told him I had been feeling dizzy, he didn't ask me any follow up questions and he said I just needed more sleep and left. Just wants money obviously. Go somewhere better!

I was disappointed since I can in for my physical but realized that the blood work was not done completely do I ended up being pricked twice in 2 arms for 1 physical.

Came to this doctor because I was looking for a PcP and also saw on ZocDoc and through his website that he treats ADD/ADHD. After waiting an hour and half to see him, he walked into the room and essentially scolded me for coming there and asking him to treat my condition. My fault for even considering that a family care provider would treat a specialty... HOWEVER, a simple ' sorry I don't do that' would have sufficed. He made me feel so awful, ignorant, and almost brought me to tears. At no point did he actually examine me or ask me any questions about my health. Not even a simple focused exam or anything. Hands down the worst expierence I have ever had with a doctor.

The doctor himself is good although he seems to be on a tight schedule when he sees you. More importantly, the lady in the front desk who wears glasses is kind of rude and will just mumble when you ask her a question. Also, the wait times are terrible!!
