I have never had a doctor spend that much time with me. Dr. Sagar listened to all of my medical concerns, then addressed them one by one. She even came back to check on me while I was doing my lab work. I would highly recommend Dr. Sugar & Intergrated Medical to anyone. The whole staff was warm, friendly and caring.

This is my favorite doctor's office. It's filled with friendly happy people. You are welcomed upon arrival. It's 2 minutes from my home. The staff is super friendly and understand any strange need that you might have. Dr. Sagar is a great empathic doctor, she knows you, she is very thorough, and caring in her talking to you. She is a great doctor.

The pre-appointment onboarding was overkill. I felt asked for the same information over and over. In addition, I recieved over 6 appointment confirmations. It was too much. If the doctor wasn't amazing, I may not have returned due to the fragmented onboarding process.

After I took time from work and drove 30 minutes to see the doctor, I arrived at the clinic just to see that they didn't have me scheduled. They provided no explanation to that and seemed compromised unaware.

I just wanted to let you know that I saw a woman, internist who seemed very good, who I really liked who met all my inquiries, difficulties that I presented with experience, patience, care. She ordered labs to ascertain my physical condition as far as that’s possible; after a difficult time finding a good distorted, I feel I found a great one.

Set appointment and filled paperwork using ZocDoc, after reading positive 5.0 reviews. Received confirmation from ZocDoc, then next day received a call from the clinic saying they did not receive any paperwork or ID/Insurance. Went to the clinic and was told they had the paperwork. Appointment to address 4 issues, left with 1 referral (still no callback), 1 suggestion for an OTC medicine, and a follow up appointment 1 month away, with the annual physical postponed for the next visit. Blood test ordered despite recent blood test results. Told to wait in the room after seeing the doctor. Received a call from the cashier while waiting. Seen by the nurse 30 minutes later. No one had seen that the order for a blood draw was waiting, and I was forgotten in the room. No up-front pricing. No detailed receipt. No clarification on if Aetna covered anything, bill triple expected. No follow-up call regarding bloodwork results. No follow-up after my Contact Us inquiry for billing transparency.

Dr listen and understood my frustration with the VA she recognizes my PTSD problem and was a very careful listener not breaking in but listening before she asked me questions and was very polite and showed concern making sure I was not thinking of hurting myself or others
