Integrative Psychiatry and Wellness
Integrative Psychiatry and Wellness (IPW Health) is a telehealth practice for teens and adults in California, Oregon, Washington and Colorado. We provide both psychiatric medication management and individual therapy. We accept Aetna, Anthem, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, Oscar, Regence and Blue Shield of California (therapy), and self-pay is welcome. Self-pay rates listed here apply to Zocdoc bookings; rates for bookings made through other platforms may vary.
THERAPY
Our licensed therapists provide cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), exposure and response prevention (ERP) for OCD, and EMDR and trauma-focused therapy. Therapy is available for teens (ages 13-17) and adults. Evening appointments until 8pm and Saturday appointments are available.
Self-pay rate for Zocdoc bookings: $250 per session.
PSYCHIATRY
Evaluation and medication management for adults with anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, trauma and related conditions, including adult ADHD evaluation. We order and interpret our own lab work rather than sending you back to primary care.
Self-pay rate for Zocdoc bookings: $300 for the initial visit.
AREAS OF FOCUS
Anxiety and depression, ADHD in adults, OCD, trauma and PTSD, women's health and perinatal mental health, men's health, substance use support, and high-achieving professionals managing stress and burnout.
OUR APPROACH
We look for the root causes behind symptoms rather than treating them in isolation. Alongside medication and therapy, we pay attention to nutrition, sleep, movement and stress management, and we take the time to understand the whole picture of your health.

?I had an excellent experience with Merrick Sy Tsai. He was incredibly thorough during my visit, taking the time to address every concern I had without making me feel rushed. What stood out most was how patient he was; he explained everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable with the plan we discussed. It’s rare to find a clinician who balances efficiency with such a high level of attentive care. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a provider who truly listens.
