Intensive Nutrition Counseling

Monique Kahn is a registered dietitian serving the Massachusetts community. She has been empowering clients to optimally nourish their bodies while honoring their lifestyles for nearly two decades. Ms. Kahn earned her bachelor’s degree at Brown University. She completed her second undergraduate degree in nutrition and her Dietetic Internship at Simmons University. Her Master’s degree in Nutrition Communications was at the Tufts Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy. Intensive Nutrition Counseling refers to a research-driven method of providing enhanced results over time. As the practice does not accept insurance, Ms. Kahn provides meeting packages that reduce the cost of individual sessions. Individual meetings and the required assessment are $150 each, whereas a package of 6 meetings is $540. Ms. Kahn uses best practice approaches to effectively treat a variety of conditions with empathy. Among the conditions she treats are gluten intolerance, and unintended weight change due to mood disorders or medications. All initial appointment requests will be followed up with a complimentary ‘best fit’ call within 24 hours to determine whether your reasons for seeking help can be best addressed by Ms. Kahn. Please fill out the new patient questionnaire when you make your appointment request. If a best-fit call from Ms. Kahn is not picked up within 24 hours of making an appointment, the appointment will be rescheduled.
