After lots of research I found Dr. Swaminathan for my 80 year old mom. She is very ill and went to another last week and was turn away because of some insurance mix-up even though she was as sick can be. Did research to find a doctor that would definitely take care of my mom. Dr. Swaminathan was great. I was impressed with her service, bedside manners and the care he took. I would recommend him to anyone. Looking for great doctor than choose him

Arlene Santiago was very kind, personable and made me feel very comfortable. The office staff was just as great. I signed in and was seen immediatly by the nurse. Also, the facility was very clean and modern. Anyone worried about visiting during the pandemic has nothing to worry about, as the waiting room practices social distancing rules. Overall, great experience. I feel like I finally found someone that I can see consistenly.

Originally had a 9am appt, got there and was told that it was for 11am. Not a problem. These things happen. However, it seemed that other patients were allowed to be seen before me. An hour and a half later, someone took my vitals. The front desk staff were very nice, however, passive aggressive patients were able to persuade getting ahead of others waiting. For a new patient, the priority did seemed minimal. The Dr was attentive, kind and I would recommend to others.
