Absolutely horrible. I’d never recommend. I went for a routine Pap (I haven’t been in years) and I felt like the staff was talking me out of it. The doc came to the room and said they could do it there but I’d have better follow up at an OB office. Implying he didn’t want to do it. I said I have limited time to make appts because of my work and that it’s important to me to get it done. He said great and had the RN come back with the number to an OB office. This was my first time using them but I never would again. Why waste my time on an appt when I specified that’s what the appt was for?

I don’t know who the medical assistant or nurse was that took me back the room and talked to me first deserves an award or something! She was amazing, knew exactly what to say to lift me up when I was so far down, Dr. Bullman was incredible as well!
