Walked in a few minute late (6 to be exact). Front desk person says okay let me ask the doctor if they’ll take you. I was a bit surprised since there’s usually a 10-15 minute grace period. There were literally zero other patients, office and parking lot were empty.
Person comes out and says the doc will not see me and if I’d like to reschedule. What lol. Like if you don’t want to take someone at 3:40 how about changing your availability. You could’ve seen me for my physical which take 15-20 minutes. I just had some questions but all good! I’ll go through the VA which is somehow a better experience than that office.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Libby today! I have unfortunately really struggled finding a western practitioner that took the time to get to know me and didn't patronize me. Being a Doctor myself, of Acupuncture and Oriental medicine, I really appreciated how thorough, professional, non-judgemental, and knowledgeable. It has been a long time since a western practioner has spent more than 5 minutes with me, and I highly appreciated it. She was very approachable as well. I am excited and grateful to have her on my team of Healthcare.

Everyone was so nice, I appreciated how kind all of the staff was. Dr. Kuszajewski was so amazing- I wish I had booked an appointment when I first moved instead of putting off finding a PCP for as long as I did. I also appreciated that the staff was super understanding that I wanted to know about my health but didn{t want to know the exact number of my weight.

Switching providers can feel intimidating. Most of us prefer staying in-network, so finding someone you genuinely connect with—or at least feel comfortable with—can be stressful.
Trying a brand-new office that recently opened can feel even more uncertain, but I’m happy to say I wasn’t disappointed. From the moment I walked in to the time I left, everything was seamless—and the entire team was welcoming and friendly.
