Dr. Shi is the best doctor in all of Colorado, bar none. He’s kind. He listens. He is patient. He will sit and talk you through everything and you never feel rushed. He really genuinely cares about you and your health. I hadn’t been in for a physical in two years and he remembered everything about my last visit and picked up like it was yesterday. Plus he’s like an encyclopedia of knowledge. If he’s accepting new patients there’s no question who you should go with!

I had such a positive experience with Dr. Shi. Not only did we cover the bases for a new patient intake, but Dr. Shi was very attentive when we discussed my chronic back pain. He went through what I had already done/previous treatments and made a plan to address my pain by changing what over-the-counter medication I use and referring me to a physical therapist. I left the appointment feeling heard and empowered about my health.

I was pleasantly surprised with the ease to schedule an appointment within a week, no wait time at the office, and how thoughtful Dr. Shi was during my visit. This is the first doctor I've felt fully listened to in quite some time, and he took the time to thoroughly explain his thinking and work through an immediate, back-up, and long-term treatment plan with me. Highly recommend.

It was great experience with doctor jay shi.
He made note just for me to help me remember the things I need to get done and where I can go and what I’m getting for my illness which never happened before ( doctor never make note just for patient they usually just give u the visit note ) it made super clear for me .and yes he is very experienced. Got my lab and X-ray with both result in same day which s awesome ! I would keep him as me primary doctor from now on .even he is kinda far away .

Dr. Shi is awesome. Energetic and upbeat. Really takes his time and listens to everything you have going on and any questions you have. He’s very thorough and you don’t feel you’re being rushed along. He also has a wealth of knowledge about a lot of subjects and takes time to explain things.
The nursing staff is excellent and friendly. The new building is really nice. I happily drive half an hour each way just so Dr. Shi stays as my Primary Doctor.
One thing to note. Google Maps will take you to “Building T” but it’s the wrong location. Just go to 1400 Jackson St on Google Maps. Building T is the tall tower with the colorful glasswork and there’s a parking lot there. You’ll want to go there.

Dr. Shi made my first visit to him amazing. His bedside manor is above all. He really made me feel as if he was listening and trying to figure out how to fix my issues. On our first visit he made a game plan for future steps we will be taking and even was able to do certain tests like blood in his office as well. I will be returning to see Dr. Shi from here on out!
