I really wish I could keep this doctor. I found her on zocdoc because I thought they took my insurance...zocdoc said she was in network and they weren't. But everyone was very helpful and kind. Dr. Andrew's really listened.

Dr. Bailey is a great listener and I felt understood. I can tell she really cares about my health and it means a lot. Being a woman of color, I tend to get anxious when going to any medical professional because I want to be treated fairly. Dr. Bailey was very sweet and informative, which made me feel comfortable and heard.

I went for annual women's exam. Mollie assured me that it was not necessary for me even though I requested it. She diminished my concerns about weight gain from an SSRU to "must have diabetes". I never even been prediabetic. They took my labs and have not called to follow-up. I recommend finding a provider that cares about patient's concerns and cares to help with health instead of "educating" on irrelevant health topics. Mollie seems set in her ways and not worried about patient's needs or wants.

The front staff were friendly and helpful, but despite a very empty office, I waited a significant amount of time to be taken back to a room and again longer for Mollie to see me. When she finally arrived, she asked very few questions and didn’t seem to listen to any of my concerns, instead just suggesting we run a couple tests and leaving. I am overall very disappointed. This was my second time seeing her and last time she included information in my chart that we hadn’t discussed, which made me feel even more like the communication and listening were very poor.

I am 24 years old and has never before attempted to find a PC Doctor. I was nervous because I didn’t have a secure track record of my health since I was a kid. Fortunately, I took the chance I booked an appointment with Dr. Hartenbower! She listened and understood the reasoning for my lack of knowledge regarding my health. Her and her team are currently working hard to assist me. Everyone is friendly. Doc always has a since of humor which definitely broke the ice!!!! I am happy with my choice!!!

Dr. Hartenbower was amazing! I initially went in for birth control options, and the Dr took her time explaining the different options in depth and I left feeling really confident in my decision. She was kind, patient, and knowledgeable. 10/10 would recommend her!

She is generally nice but was incredibly dismissive. She did not care about my concerns and basically said I was overreacting due to anxiety. I have chronic illness, related family history, and ethnicity-related predisposition to the issues I was experiencing. However, in my medical records she says I am likely overreacting because I am being treated for OCD. I came in looking for a PCP to manage chronic pain, and instead she was more focused on my anxiety and depression (again, already being treated by a psych and therapist). If youre sick of the same bs treatment from doctors who are too burnt out to care, this is not the place for you.
All support staff were lovely and helpful though.

The front desk workers were so kind. They immediately used my preferred name as stated in my files. The Dr was kind, she listened to my concerns and I was able to schedule all of my follow up appointments for further diagnostics. The phlebotologist did a fantastic job taking my blood. Nearly no pain.
