Way too fast for something seemingly serious. In and out. Felt like an impersonal, mass scale operation. No humor or bed side manner. Very stiff and too the point. Not informative. Reactive instead of proactive approach.

Dr. Kim was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable and was able to fully explain to me what I needed to know, in a way that I could understand it! He was thorough and I feel he went above and beyond in my visit with him. I highly recommend him.

The facility is new and reflects that. Valet parking available. Doctor was prompt, listened well, and was refreshingly up front. She was well versed in other possible causes for my concerns and made several helpful suggestions. Front staff is very patient and friendly as well. On checkout, I was provided written orders as well as I'm from a rural area. Now, if we can only duplicate her insight and bedside manner for other providers to utilize.

Dr. Naidu was a great listener, who came up with solutions and a monitoring plan that gave me flexibility in my recovery but also future appointments to see how things were going and adjust the plan as necessary. Everyone at Dr. Emmons office was incredible. Erica and Chris made me feel extremely comfortable, and both had me laughing on multiple occasions. I really appreciated their personalities. Dr. Emmons had the harder job of reading my EKG, but he was also great and put me at ease.
