Way too fast for something seemingly serious. In and out. Felt like an impersonal, mass scale operation. No humor or bed side manner. Very stiff and too the point. Not informative. Reactive instead of proactive approach.

Dr. Kim was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable and was able to fully explain to me what I needed to know, in a way that I could understand it! He was thorough and I feel he went above and beyond in my visit with him. I highly recommend him.
