Dr. Rubenstein was absolutely wonderful + kind from the moment he walked in the door. I would recommend him to anyone. He truly takes an individualized approach to medicine + does not say "if X then Y for everyone". Rather, he takes the time to understand your unique biology, family history, health, overall goals, etc. rather than rushing to write a prescription or order tons of expensive testing without making sure your insurance covers it first. I can tell he takes patient health seriously; however, he is measured + thoughtful in his approach, laying out all of the options + offering his thoughts on what he thinks is best, but ultimately letting you decide as the patient. Truthfully, not just a great cardiology visit, but one of the most pleasant doctor's appointments I've had in a very long time. Go see him if you want a doctor who will take the time to listen to all of your questions, concerns, and thoughts. So grateful that I did + that he is now my cardiologist!

Fantastic. Great listener. Super sharp. Knowledgeable. And adaptive to patients' communication needs (you could see him quickly learn who I was, how I communicated, and at what level would be appropriate to communicate back). Was able to get to the (probable) root cause quickly, effectively. Scheduled the test that is (IMHO) appropriate for the data and recommended a referral to the (again, IMHO) appropriate specialist. I would highly recommend Dr. Angus to anyone.

Dr. Hesterberg was so kind and really put my anxiety at ease with all of her knowledge and compassion. I feel like she really listened, and gave me time to talk through all my concerns as well as explain everything to me. It didn’t feel like an extremely time constrained appointment, which is something I’ve felt in other doctors offices. I would highly recommend her to anyone in need of a cardiologist. The staff were also very kind and helpful, and the office building was probably the nicest medical building I’ve ever been inside!

Dr. Husa was one of the kindest providers I’ve ever seen. While she quickly ruled out cardiology issues as my problem, instead of running out of the room like most doctors would she stayed and tried to brainstorm different ideas and paths for me to figure out my symptoms. While it was not her job it meant the world to me. There aren’t a lot of doctors out there like this and I wish more could be as kind as her. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone. She was also extremely intelligent immediately coming up with diagnoses for me not related to her area of specialty. She also recognized multiple of my extremely rare diseases that have nothing to do with cardio which is also very rare in medicine. Her and her staff tolerated and respected my large service dog and they overall just so nice and professional.
