The appointment started off great, the staff was friendly and the MA was so nice and helpful and sweet. The appointment with Dr. Buechel started out great, HOWEVER I warn anyone with any ED issues to stay away. I mentioned at the beginning of my appointment to both the MA and Dr. Buechel that I had a history of ED, please don’t tell me my weight. The MA was super great about it. Dr. Buechel however thought it was appropriate to bring up my BMI at the end of the appointment despite me bringing up issues with body dysmorphia and ED that were now in check because I do not weigh myself. All my vitals were perfect, no high blood pressure, good O2 levels, low cholesterol, the works. My BMI was even BARELY over the threshold of “overweight” and she still “needed to bring it up.” Oh yeah, and she told me my weight as well. Very disappointed.

Everyone I encountered was pleasant, compassionate, thoughtful, encouraging, caring, and upbeat. They answered all of my questions and were very informative. They really made my day from start to finish. My experience was one of feeling cared about and informed. My concerns were addressed and I left the office feeling so much better than when I entered. What a great group of people! I would highly recommend them to friends. The office was a pleasant atmosphere.
