Feigned empathy and wasn’t really listening to anything I said, made suggestions that I’ll try and won’t be surprised when they don’t work. Suddenly snapped when I mentioned I had a follow up elsewhere when she said the soonest they could get me in for a next appointment was a TV ultrasound in a month, when that didn’t show anything the last time endo had torn up my stomach and I severely voiced needing actual help like yesterday.

I highly recommend this doctor. I’ve moved several times in my life and had several doctors - most recently spent many years in Boston (where some of the best medicine in the world is). While I didn’t see Dr. Cole, I saw Pamela Kaye Brunette. She was extremely professional, clear in her communication and the appointment expectations, listened to me carefully and asked direct questions regarding my health. She was very knowledgeable, caring, gentle, and delightful. I also had some lab work done. The staff was quick, thorough, friendly, and professional. Great experience and I will be returning!

Dr. Biskamp was the best. My implant was was inserted wrong form previous Dr and it was inserted too deep. Dr. Biskamp went above and beyond to safely take it out therefore I can avoid surgery. Dr. Biskamp dedicated his time for the day to help. I'm forever thankful and glad that I went to him. I've been worried about the implant for 5 years. Thank you so much Dr.

I went to get my IUD removed with no prior patient history. I arrived at 2:40 as instructed, filled out some day of paperwork, and was sat in room ready for the removal with all my vitals done by 3:00. Quick and easy procedure & switching of contraceptives. Would highly recommend.

So happy with my experience here. Finally a provider who listens and is willing to help. I had been to several providers prior to this who were no help. But Katherine was cheerful and attentive. I immediately told my spouse this was someone I could trust long term. I got in so quickly too that I wasn’t even done with paperwork. Not to mention they got my bloodwork same day, ultrasound tomorrow, and an immediate follow up. Almost unheard of in the medical setting. Claps for this team. I was denied care because I didn’t have my medical record on hand. I’m pregnant, you’d think they’d want to hurry up and pickup where I left off vs make me lose time and not make sure babies okay. The previous Dr office I saw was giving me issues about receiving it and I can’t do anything about it. I’m needing my anatomy scan done in a timely manner and not to mention using my insurance AND will have to pay my bill out of my own pocket but they could care less. I’ve never had such issue getting seen. Was also never told my appointment got canceled so I drove 45 minutes to be asked if I’d gotten a phone call telling me they cancelled on me, but they didn’t. I actually got my appointment reminder like 2 times before I showed up also. No communication.

I recommend Dr. Brianna Whittemore, MD. She is very knowledgeable and understanding, and you don’t feel awkward with her. She answered all my questions and explained everything clearly. She is very progressive and really on top of things. I feel like you can’t do that with every OB-GYN. She doesn’t make you feel weird or uncomfortable. I was also happy with the clinic overall—my appointment went smoothly and I didn’t have any billing problems.

Friendly staff, great doctor and easy to schedule online. I like the mychart app as well. It makes communicating and viewing test results extremely convenient. I highly recommend Dr. Whittemore.

Information was immediate and thorough before the appointment. Multiple options were addressed/discussed for my issue during the appointment. Follow-up calls were also immediate when it was clear there was an issue with stocking and insurance (She was SO apologetic even though it was not her fault at all!). She tried to get me into a satellite office, but I declined because I'd rather revisit her in the future.

I made this appointment weeks ago for my 1st trimester appointment. Went over with the office staff the details confirming an ultrasound as I’m not sure how far along I am. I showed up early as asked, paid, and the. was informed by the insanely incompetent front office lady she didn’t know I needed an ultrasound… absolutely baffled since she is the one I confirmed with. Then she kept hiding behind her computer and would make things right since myself and husband took of work and prepared for this appointment. Incompetent and untrustworthy.
