Most relevant
The provider I met with was cold and treated me like an idiot. There were several one word answers and phrases, and no personal connection whatsoever. As a healthcare provider you should meet people with grace, kindness, and honesty. Not like you’re superior than them. Especially when the appointment is for a first time mother seeking clarification and answers.
