Kara Lubieniecki, PA is extremely easy to talk to. The anxiety of seeing a new doctor at 63 years old disappeared before I even realized it. Honestly seemed to listen to what I was saying. We discussed many things, without the proverbial finger-wagging. We discussed options and solutions. I have no problem making Kara Lubieniecki, PA my new PCP.

My interactions with office staff were cordial yet business-like, as was the actual doctor visit. The office overall is organized, sanitary and efficiently run.

First visit, and it was the first time a doctor ran all labs unrequested! I've had so many PCP over the years, but no one checked my cholesterol, LDL, etc. on my first visit, and this made me so happy! This also made me realize the lack of care I have been receiving over the years. I could tell he genuinely wanted to provide good care and understand not only me but also my body. I am grateful and feel seen.

The front office clearly has no idea what they are doing. They were unsure if my insurance was accepted or not, even though I sent it over well in advance and zocdoc says it's accepted. The. They said it wasn't accepted anymore, but didn't apologize or show any empathy. Total waste of time.

The check in was quick because I entered much of my info into MyChart as a new patient. The med assistant and front desk staff were friendly and quick. My visit with the doctor was pleasant and thorough. I felt heard and she addressed all of my questions. Was a great 1st experience.
