I called and left three different messages and have never received a call back. (One of the times I was able to get a staff member who said they could not answer my question so they forwarded me to the voice mail and I left a the third message)

My overall experience was great. The doctor was very informative and explained everything in a language that I could understand. The office staff was great help when picking out new glasses. I think the only thing I can say that was bad was that the office staff was talking very loudly during my glasses consultation, which made it kind of hard for me to focus on what we were doing.

My experience was 100% satisfaction. As soon as I entered the office I was greeted with a smile. My doctor had abundance of help to get me right in and set up for him. They were all amazing. My doctor was precise, communicative, listening ears and eager to find out what the problem was. I will recommend them all day. I went in to find answers and that’s exactly what they did.
