I felt comfortable and calm the minute I walked in the waiting room it was clean and intake personnel addressed to me immediately. Very short wait for my doctor. The staff was friendly and prepared me for the visit and ask additional intake questions. Doctor Nabila Islam is very attentive and appears to be very knowledgeable. She listened very closely to my symptoms and concerns. She explained her treatment plan and why. I was able to get my blood and urine test done right there in the office and she scheduled future appointments for me to get my exams and treatment started right away. I will recommend her to everyone.I felt confident that I made an excellent choice. She is now my new primary care doctor and I’m proud of it.

The office was nice & so were all the staff however, they seemed to not really know what they’re doing. I came for a specific reason that was booked for the specific reason, but they were not prepared for any tests when I got to the back to be seen. Certain things can be learned for a faster process. Seems like a new facility so it may be some trial and error things.

Staff communication with Dr/patient was clear, concise, & courteous. Dr seemed to listen to my concerns, which were many, and addressed my most pressing concern. Medical Assistant was quite thorough in listing all my medications.

This is one of the most knowledgeable internist I have been to. Being in the medical field I am always surprised by how little interest many physicians have in their patients. Dr. Aslam and her PA are both excellent and both seemed interested in knowing about my health.
