Not only did I put my insurance information on your website, but their office contacted me before the appointment to send it to them and then when I got there, I had to give it to them a third time plus they gave me forms that wanted me to write it for a fourth time. This is absurd. When I got there, there were only two people that were waiting before me by the time they called me which was one hour and 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment the office was so crowded. There wasn’t room to move. I asked to see Dr. Waldman. I was seen by a different doctor without any kind of warning beforehand. He couldn’t help me and wasn’t very knowledgeable or forthcoming in his limited abilities of what he’s able to do to help provide relief. If his office had been straight with me, I would’ve known that this was the incorrect place to go instead of wasting my time.
