Intraparency Therapeutic Solutions

When people experience trauma or severe life stressors, it is not uncommon for them to feel their lives are unravelling. My greatest passion is bringing understanding and healing to those who have been through a traumatic/stressful experience or struggle with chronic mental/developmental health challenges. I want to be a breath of fresh air for my clients! My approach is interactive, warm, and accepting. I cultivate a therapeutic environment that makes my clients feel safe, heard, and understood so they can begin their therapeutic journey of finding peace, healing, and new beginnings. Counseling is the instrument that I use to build a therapeutic alliance with my clients and teach them how to develop solutions to their problems. I know that no single approach is right for every individual so I have sought training in a variety of modalities. My resume is colored with a wide variety of jobs working with very diverse populations. I utilize a holistic approach that is delivered in a manner that takes into account the wishes and values of the individual being served while recognizing and adapting to their unique focuses for growth. I am eager to continue bringing an effective blend of experience, expertise, clarity, concern and action to the individuals that I serve! Let's get to work!
