We value listening and understanding our patients more than issuing directives to them.
We focus on a broad range of mental health conditions with a specialty in mood disorders. We treat mental health disorders in children and adults, and offer medication management and brief therapy.
We do not prescribe ADHD medications at this time.

This was the first time I truly felt heard by a psychiatric professional. I am so grateful to have found Lydia, she made it very clear that she is here for me and is open to a range of treatment options. I’ve really struggled to find someone who understands bipolar, but she seems very knowledgeable. In addition, she was so kind and funny, I really appreciated how comfortable she made me feel. I highly recommend her practice!

Mrs. Lydia is very straight forward and easy to talk to, she doesn’t b.s. and goes straight to the point. You can tell she is someone who plays hard but also someone who works even harder. Have only had one session with her but I’m excited for the next sessions to come!
