While the people were nice, the place was clean, and the price was reasonable per visit, they commercialized the chiropractic business and recommended a payment plan for an aggressive visit plan over time with several additional tests that did not appear to be 100% necessary. Doc did dumb things down excessively, even after I made him aware that he didn’t have to because I was already aware of a lot of the things he was discussing. While they may know what they’re doing for the most part, they do seem more interested in getting you to pay for a treatment plan without you knowing if it’s actually going to work ahead of time. They get their money even if you don’t get better. In addition, they sent my treatment plan to my partner without any consent from myself or any kind of HIPAA release. ???
