I had a treatment with Irina including two EMDR sessions. Irina was empathetic, warm and attentive. She made discussing sensitive issues comfortable and safe. I liked her style. She was a good match for me. I highly recommend Irina to others.

I saw Irina for just over a year starting in 2020 - Irina is a very warm therapist who I found helped me to challenge and deepen my understanding about myself. I have had experiences with therapists where I find they just sit and nod, but Irina is very inquisitive, asks questions that promote reflection and provides feedback that encourages action. I would have continued to see her but she was transitioning out of the practice I was going to. I would recommend Irina to others!
