I had a 6:00pm appointment, I wanted to do a contact exam since it’s been a while since I last had one. I wanted to make sure my prescription was updated. The appointment went smooth but it was rushed since the doctor had to leave at 7:00pm. Overall, not a terrible experience but I wish the doctor took her time doing the examination.

I had an eye exam done today and was told that I cannot have my PD (pupil distance) unless I buy glasses from them. Needless to say I will not be purchasing glasses from this establishment.

After my eye check up was done, front office asked me to pay and I wasn't ready for it. They could have inform me that my insurance will cover my check up or not beforehand.
