Very unprofessional staff. Dr Chaudhry came into the room on her cell phone and was constantly on it during the visit.

I almost lost my life to COVID in 2020 and I’ve been under her care since then. My first appointment she too thought I was in bad shape. 5 years later she still tells her staff my story, from near death. Per Dr. Chaudhry, he is a miracle! I love her and her staff!

The Doctor is very professional and friendly
Office doesn't have the cleanness that you expect. The nurse couldn't find alcohol when she took my blood example . The assessment room was too small. You can barely open the clinical bed. But Dr. Chowdhury and clinical staff are great.

This doctor is awesome!!! She was really nice to me, She is a good listener, and immediately to take a course of action related to my issues with my health. Immediately she offered solutions to my concern. I recommend her to everyone. ???????

Appointment was at 11:30 got served at 12:30, Dr answered 2 phone calls during the 10 minutes we had. Felt like an object rather than a person.

This doctors office is a circus. The front desk is negligent and does not make actual appointments. They tell you to come in by word of mouth and have you sitting in a full office with not even chairs for an hour +. They do not call to confirm or let you know the status of your insurance. They are rude and unhelpful. The doctor isn't even in the office when appointments are made.

Didn’t want to be bothered. Didn’t listen to patient concerns. Took a long time to be seen and she was quick to come tot he decision that she didn’t want to take on the “issue” and refer to someone else. Also was rude and condescending.
I was pleased with the service given and the attentiveness and listening to the concerns of the patient that the doctor displayed.

Dr. Irum Chaudhry is amazing and caring. She was prompt with her examination and followed up after the procedure. Heighly recommended to anyone.

Absolutely terrible. Unprofessional and not up to par. I had to explain to her that there was HIV prophylactics on the market. She was completely unaware of this revolutionary medication. She was also suggesting completely unnecessary procedures. I would not recommend her to anyone. She did absolutely nothing but waste my time being incompetent and unprofessional. 0 out of 5 stars

The office was not accepting new patients or supposedly taking online appointments at this time. The office never aware of this appointment and never called to confirm.

I made an appointment with Dr. Irum A Chaudhry via Zocdoc on 12/7/19. It was scheduled for 12/9/19 at 11:00 a.m. The purpose of my appointment was to secure her as my PCP as well as to get clearance for a lithotripsy procedure I was having on 12/13/19 and to have my Lithium level checked. I filled out the online paperwork prior to arrival, uploaded my insurance card and sent it. Upon arrival I was not greeted by the receptionist. After standing there for over 5 minutes she motioned for me to have a seat. 10 minutes later she motioned for me to come to the window, asked for my insurance card and ID and gave me paperwork to fill out. When I told her I had already filled this out online, she informed me she didn’t have it and said I should start filling it out but she would look for it. She never found it. I also gave the receptionist a prescription from Dr. Frieder for bloodwork, (specifically to check my lithium level) as well as the clearance form for my Lithotripsy procedure from Dr. Santoro. At 12:00 noon I was finally called in for my appointment. The nurse took my vitals and without looking at my paperwork asked me the same questions I had filled out twice already; medications, HX, etc. I explained to her that I was having Lithotripsy done on the 13th, needed my clearance form filled out, an EKG and bloodwork. She looked through my paperwork and found both forms I brought to my appointment. Dr. Chaudhry and a man I assume to be an intern came in approximately 10 minutes later. It is no exaggeration when I tell you she spent 3 minutes at most in the room. At no time did she lay a hand on me in an attempt to do any sort of examination. I explained to her the purpose of my visit to which she said I would need to come back for the Lithium level since I needed to fast for this. I informed her that I had not had anything to eat or drink to which she replied, “good”. She explained to me that the nurse would be back in to do an EKG, take blood and I should schedule a follow up appointment for one week. The EKG and bloodwork were done and I was sent on my way. Fast forward to Friday, 12/13/19. I went to my scheduled Lithotripsy appointment at 8:30 a.m. with Dr. Santoro only to find out that Dr. Chaudhry had neglected to send not only the clearance form but the EKG as well. They had nothing and therefore could not perform the procedure. Myself and the facility did try to contact Dr. Chaudhry’s office to get these documents but her office was closed. Due to my HX of lung cancer they did not want to do the procedure without being sure I was “okay” and I appreciated this. I also reached out to Dr. Frieder to be sure she received the results of my bloodwork. She had not. Knowing that my follow up appointment with Dr. Chaudhry was on 12/16/19 at 11:00 a.m. and assuming I would have paperwork in hand, I rescheduled the Lithotripsy for 12/17/19. When I arrived for my appointment on 12/16/19 I waited a half hour before Dr. Chaudhry called me back. Once we were seated in her office she asked “what she could do for me”. Beyond aggravated, I told her she had seen me the prior week for the aforementioned issues. She started to ask me if I were taking any medications at which point I told her AGAIN that I had been to her office the prior week and she should have my paperwork there. I assume she got up to look for my chart but came back empty handed. She went on to tell me they would not have done a Lithium level at my prior visit? I did not understand...we specifically discussed it at the prior visit. Madness. I told her that my Lithotripsy procedure was not performed the prior week as she did not provide Dr. Santoro the documents I left for her to fill out and/or the EKG. I also informed her it had been rescheduled for the following day, 12/17/19. She was dismissive, wrote me a prescription for bloodwork (Lithium level) and told me to have Dr.Santoro fax another clearance form to her and she would be sure to fill it out and fax it back to him so I could get my Lithotripsy done the next day as scheduled. Once again, Dr.Santoro never received a stitch of paperwork and the Lithotripsy was not performed. Upon calling Cigna to file a complaint against Dr. Chaudhry, I was informed that a bipolar disorder DX was listed for my initial visit. OV for my second visit on 12/16/19 visit. While I do have bipolar disorder, I went to her for medical clearance and bloodwork for my bipolar disorder. In the end, Cigna paid for 2 visits at which nothing was accomplished and do not seem to have any proper/correct documentation (if any). My time, my surgeon’s time and the surgical facility’s time was wasted due to Dr. Chaudhry’s severe incompetence and neglect.

Very quick and to the point, no wait time and quickly in and out. Good Hematologist consultation definitely will see her again. 10/10 would recommend to family and friends. Blood work was quick and painless! I'm usually a hard find on both arms but this took less than a minute and I was there a total of 28 minutes, I came at 1PM. The doctor saw me right after the nurse in about four minutes and outlined everything that will be provided at the next appointment.

Dr. Chaudhry is a sweetheart! She clearly explained my diagnosis and she was empathetic in discussing my medical history. Her office staff were friendly and helpful, and her office in RVC is brand new,

She and her staff are very pleasant. They truly care about all of their patients. They take the time to listen, not just treat.

I went to Dr. Chaudhry when I was severely anemic, found her online through zocdoc. She was very professional, listened to my main concerns and really helped me understand how things were going to proceed from there. Scheduling was easy, good parking and the office is very comfortable. The medical assistant is also amazing she guided me through my whole process, made my feel very comfortable and I never waited more than 5 minutes to start my appointment.
Verified patient
Unprofessional and incompetent. She was not paying attention to my concerns and was unable to answer any of my questions. Unprofessional staff and office setup. Sadly, a waste of time and money.
I was very pleased with my visit the doctor was very nice she checked me out let me know what was what and i appreciate that I would highly recommend her to any of my family or friends that need a hematology.
Verified patient
I really did not like the way she is treating me as a patient. Not very informative at all she just tell you few words and when I ask her question she answer with "I don't know!, " she might disappear to do other stuff all of sudden while you are in the room. Very poor service staff and my experience was not pleasant at all. The waiting was bad as well around an hour in the room.
Verified patient
Both the receptionist/nurse's aid and Dr. Chaudhry were accommodating, professional and pleasant. I wasn't waiting at all and I felt like I was being listened to.

Good listener and very helpful!
Very satisfied with my visit.
The doctor herself was very good and had a good bedside manner; However, her assistant was horrible (very poor manners, rude)! She did not return "hello or hi" to me and after learning my name immediately went in on me for not filling out a part on my zocdoc app. and later when she recorded my weight, she laughed and said, "my god you're only 120 pounds." I told her I'm barely 5'2" and I've been the same weight for the last 30 years and feel great." The doctor was good, but she needs to change her assistant for one that understands and values professionalism.
She's so great, extremely helpful with my mom. We went to see her for the wrong reasons and she was extremely amazing that referred us to the right doctor, she even call his office and and made the appt for us. I highly recomend her!
