I am usually nervous when going to the dentist and my last appointment was not different but all the staff were friendly and listened to my issue even though I had a hard time describing it. I always feel like I am going to get answers when I go here.

This was my first visit after I left a dentist I didn't think "cared enough". My first experience was better than expected. The hygienist was very clear and informative (and did a great job). The dentist follow-up to my cleaning and dental concerns was great.

Dr. Zent is such a good communicator about my dental needs. We’ve been going to him for a very long time and I find he listens well to my questions and the answers are always communicated so that I understand any dental work that must be done. The office staff is friendly, as well as the dental assistant!

I was able to get an appointment to be seen for urgent tooth pain in a day, using the online appointment system. Upon arrival, everything was exceptionally professional. The entire staff was very kind and friendly. Dr. Zent is not only skilled but he really listens. Though I was nervous, his empathic manner did much to help calm my anxiety. Dr. Zent's office is conveniently located in Issaquah, near highway entrance/exits and there is ample, free parking. I've never had a regular dentist, but I do now. Highly recommend!

He told me about a crown that will probably be replaced but not necessary now. I wasn’t scared into replacing or repairing it asap.
Cleanings used to be stressful for me. This was a pain-free cleaning.
It was fun joking with the staff too.
I am looking forward to my next appointment there.

Dr. Zent is great! Knowledgeable, attentive, friendly. The staff is highly professional. All the specialists he works with for special needs like teeth extractions, root canal, implants etc. are great as well.

The X-Rays were obtained from my previous dentist.
Dr. Jeffrey Zent was very friendly and attentive. The hygienist Brit was experienced and thorough. She examined my gums, and cleaned my teeth, explaining all of her recommendations of toothbrush and toothpaste best choices.
