The wait in the waiting area was about 40mins past my appt time. Brought back to the room to wait some more. The Dr was great and very knowledgeable. Hoping it ends up being worth all the time.

I was very pleased with the visit. All of the medical staff were informative, pleasant. The office staff was courteous. Dr. Shipchandler listened to my concerns and recommended other medical members who would be able to address them. He also is following up after I see them. I feel I am in good hands with him. I am glad I chose IU North.
