I was treated well and professionally each time that I had an appointment. She's competent, capable and listens to my questions and complaints.

I got in right away and the nurse came right in and took my blood pressure etc. and took computer notes, then Amy came in and examined me and went though the blood workup she had me have done at the hospital. I feel that she always listens and seems to really care. I had Destry Lambert as my previous doctor and felt he would be very hard to replace, feel very comfortable with Amy Draper.

Dr. Haynes is very personable, listens intently and explains everything very well. He takes his time, looks at the whole person, also asks questions about my life in general, and after looking at everything made recommendations and found solutions accordingly. He was fine, however, he sent Mark Henry to get an X-ray. Mark Henry waited for an hour and fifteen minutes without anyone assisting him, asking him what he needed, attending to his X-ray. He left without the X-ray.

I made an appointment with Dr. Haynes from the recommendation of a friend. I had been searching for a new doctor for a few months. After my visit today, I was relieved to know that I have a PCP again and with a health network that treats you like a patient and not a number. Dr. Haynes was very kind and very informative. Based on today's visit, I made a great choice in selecting Dr. Haynes as my PCP.

I want a doctor who shows compassion and isn't punching a keyboard when I am speaking. I came fifteen minutes early, the receptionist told me to wait while sheer checked if I could be seen. Shoddy. Information from another doctor's office was sent to them, they told me they didn't have the info and after seeing Dr, I called former Dr to ask if they sent, and they did. Walked back into the office to explain and they magically found. I call that extreme disorganization. Typical corporate hospital, just wants your money and could care less about the patients
