At the time of booking (2022), ZocDoc said this office was in-network for my insurance. I got charged for more than expected so I called my insurance, and now this provider became out of network in just a month within the same calendar year. Regardless of whether this was due to the outdatedness on ZocDoc or confusion from the insurance company, I'd imagine no patients want to be treated with the lack of transparency.

I booked on zacdoc and the dorctor called me to change the appointment time from afternoon to early morning and after I changed my personal schedule, I agreed. then on the appointment day morning, I arrived in the office, I was told there is another patient inside. and my appointment is not there. very confused and frustrated. the same thing happened to my husband, who did a same day appointment with me together.

Dr Chiu takes care of my teeth cleaning very thoroughly. Recently, I'm wearing invisalign aligners, and the dental composites on my teeth are very easy to get the stain. Excellent service! I went there for a tooth filling that fell out and cleaning. Dr. Chiu is so gentle during the procedure that I did not feel any pain at all. She is also so accommodating even I was late for the appointment. Certainly a well skilled dentist whom I truly can recommend.

Dr. Evonne Chiu came highly recommended. I was apprehensive about seeing a new dentist. She was very kind and welcoming. She did a great job on my teeth. Dr. Chiu has been taking care of my son and daughter in laws teeth, and my grandchildren's teeth for a couple of years now, and they love her. She was very gentle and efficient. Very calming and informative. She made sure to disclose all of my options before moving forward with any procedure (including financial options as well). I've gone in for a cavity filling and tooth extraction, as well as regular teeth cleaning and all have been fantastic. I was not a fan of the dentist before Dr. Chiu and am very glad to have found her. Her office is also filled with soothing aromas (candles?) and she played calming classical music while she worked on my teeth.

I took my almost 3 year old son and 4.5 year old daughter for their first dental appointments to see Dr. Chiu. She did a wonderful job making them feel at ease with the whole process and took time to explain the procedures to them and build a relationship with them. I am sure the fact that it went so smoothly today will contribute to them having an easy time coming back.
