The doctor that I'll book on Zocdoc wasn't a doctor that I was seen by but the dentist was really nice. I found out it's ever a resolution to my issue and the office staff is nice especially Alexus.

Very sales-focused practice. Kept trying to convince me to get Invisalign. Went in never having had tooth sensitivity. Unfortunately that’s no longer the case.

I saw Nika and Dr. Fatmi within Dr. Hancock’s practice. I could not have asked for a kinder team or a better appointment! I had never considered cosmetic dentistry, even for a spot I have had on my tooth for more than 20 years, but Dr. Fatmi took care of it so quickly, painlessly, easily, and affordably. Kelley at the front desk was also so wonderful and calming. Loved my experience here!

Dr.Chait has excellent bedside manners. She includes you with the decision-making after giving you options. She listens and tries to incorporate your desires with what may be more practical. She lessens the fear of dental visits. I highly recommend this physician and her practice.

She respects and treats her staff well.
She has a great sense of humor, if nothing else it relaxes you and showcases her confidence and character.
The Dental Assistant Kaia is knowledgeable respectfully and thoughtful. They make a great team.

I was not seen at my appointment time and it seemed like the doctor who treated me was running behind. I totally get that weekend appointments can be difficult but I wish I had been informed ahead of my visit that the doctor I had booked the appointment with was not available so I knew what to expect. The staff was great but I do feel like my actual procedure was rushed.

The first words that pop in my head are "calm natured" regarding Dr. Fatmi, she approaches you as if you're sitting in a café with a cup of expresso, which helped me to relax as well.
From the entrance to the completion of service everyone was professional and friendly - just a great place with great people!
