Ivory Lotus Psychotherapy, founded in 2026 by Amber Silva, was created with the intention of offering compassionate, trauma-informed care to young adults navigating anxiety, depression, and the lasting impacts of trauma. We are a practice rooted in affirmation, cultural humility, and deep respect for each client’s lived experience. Specializing in supporting individuals exploring and navigating LGBTQ+ identities and concerns, we prioritize creating a safe, collaborative space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered.
