I was scheduled for a video appt at 2:45. I clicked the video link at 2:20 and checked in, 4 minutes later the doctor comes on the video call. I try to show the doctor my daughter's foot, but then have to rush to my computer because I'm working from home. One minute later my daughter says the doctor hung up and said you have to reschedule since you're not here. Mind you my appointment wasn't scheduled until 2:45. I called the office and they said I could bring my daughter in since her foot is causing her pain. My appointment was scheduled for 3:30, we didn't see the nurse practitioner until 4:45 just to be told she would have to refer us to a dermatologist. All this during the shelter in place order from COV-19.

I am new here.in Dacula Georgia just moved down from Connecticut . And I just have to say that the people here are a lot nicer and friendly. The staff was amazing the Doctor was very friendly and she knew what she was talking about. I am impressed with the staff the doctor and the office. The office was clean and everyone was very professional. Will be going back. Thanks so much to everyone for taking care of my son. And thanks to this app Zocdoc for your great services I will have my family and friends download this application. I give you all 5 stars ?????

The office is beautiful—people and all. My appointment didn’t go through online but they made a way for my son to be seen at that time anyway. My son was there for ear pain and it’s usually a painful procedure for him to get that examined. They did the examination on my son and he didn’t flinch once. The PA was wonderful!!!!

We miss her! My daughter used to visit Dr Una for all of her appts until we moved. She made my daughter and myself fell comfortable. She doesn't rush you like most doctors. She takes time to listen and ensure all problems and concerns are heard. Her office is all around amazing!

Just leaving the peachtree corners location and I couldn't wait to get into my car to leave a review. My son has a severe heart condition that requires heavy monitoring and specifics in his care plan. Flexibility and understanding is a must, and patience is something I look for when finding my sons provider. We just moved from out of state and this is the second pediatric office I've tried. Leaving our medical team backs me and finding a new one in our new home has been very stressful and quite frightening to say the least. The first pediatric office was not a desirable encounter and I was very scared looking for another after that visit. It is difficult finding the right fit, but upon entering the office of Ivy League I knew right away I would love them, and the rest of the appointment continued to leave me highly satisfied. I left with the confidence knowing Dr. Una and her staff would be a part of my sons medical team for years to come. If you are in the area I highly recommend this team. From the office nursing staff to the doctor and location I was 100% pleased. Looking forward to working together for my sons best health!
