I scheduled my appointment online with the expectation of seeing a specific ophthalmologist. However, when I arrived, I was seen by a different provider who was an optometrist. While she was perfectly fine, it would be helpful to clearly indicate which provider patients will actually see, rather than advertising one doctor and substituting another. Greater transparency would improve the scheduling experience.
