Jack Geddes Counseling

I provide telehealth counseling primarily focused on chemical dependency, addiction, and addressing underlying factors to promote growth and self-actualization. Common challenges I have and continue to support clients in their wellness journey include depression, anxiety, panic, trauma & generational trauma, dysfunction in relationships, codependency, grief and loss, problems with self-esteem, discrimination, stress management, and codependency. I am an ally of the LGBTQIA+ community and am supportive of people's identities from all walks of life. In my experience, best outcomes in therapy come from a place of non-judgement, compassion and acceptance, and my history of working over four years in the substance use disorder treatment world continues to improve my skills to provide higher-quality care. Modalities include motivational interviewing, CBT, DBT, ACT, Solution Focused, CPT, Gestalt, and existential therapies, among others, all while providing gender affirming and trauma informed care.
