I booked my appointment with Dr Michael McDowell and once I was in the room I was informed I would be seen by the PA Erica Ekel.
Erica did a great job discussing my reason for being there, and started me on hopefully a recovery plan.
I am very satisfied with this visit.

The doctor I booked with does all of the major procedures is necessary but Erica the NP does the initial consultation and is extremely knowledgeable and explains everything in a manner you can really understand. The office is very nice and clean and the staff is very friendly.

This is the best ENT I have ever been to, as a singer who has visited several in the last 10 years. The staff here is friendly and charismatic, they took the time to get to know me.
