You don't have to be in crisis to decide it's time to begin therapy. I bring 17 years of experience supporting people from a wide variety of backgrounds and identities, with a specialty in helping folks process trauma, addiction, life shifts, and shame. Everyone is welcome here. My sessions are primarily client-led, in which we make space for processing recent experiences or exploring stories and past traumas. If you're unsure what to say that's fine, too-. we'll look at your goals for counseling together, and I'll offer questions and gentle prompts until you're ready to take the lead. We'll take a holistic approach to your concerns, meaning we'll consider cultural and societal influences, medical issues, and the broader systems in which you live. My practice is ENM/polyamory and kink-affirming, and sex worker-friendly.
