Wasn't willing to refill my prescription because I did not switch over to her as my primary doctor. When asked if I could receive a refill she said "Why would I do you that favor?" Terribly rude, wouldn't listen to me and rushed the appointment. I would not recommend seeing her. Total waste of time. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful.

This was my first visit with Dr. Monica. She was very knowledgeable and made sure my prescriptions were accurate. She also made sure that I be able to pick my prescriptions up quickly. Going forward I would definitely recommend my friends to visit her if they are unhappy with their PCP. I am definitely going back.

I didn’t wait long before being called in, which is always a plus. The doctor took the time to listen to all my concerns and answered my questions thoroughly. I left feeling reassured and well-informed about my health. Overall, it was a really positive experience!

Although the office was a bit out-dated, Dr. Monica Jain was a nice doctor and I felt comfortable during my appointment with her. I was checked in by the other doctor in the office which sped up the process (after I completed most of the check in online). I’m not sure if they were short-staffed because the doctor checking me in was also answering phone calls which I found odd.

Dr. Jain made me feel so comfortable. I felt nervous for the nature of my visit but she made me feel at ease. I was able to relay all of my personal details and health concerns without feelings of judgement.

I only had a video call with Dr. Jain and while she is not within close proximity to my home, if I lived closer I would choose her as a PCP because she listens, is knowledgeable, and is genuine in wanting to help you out.
