He's a nice one. Was clear, understood, and when my appointment time wasn't available gave me other times and dates but was able to squeeze me in. But it was also different. He did say still learning the app but worth a shot. Thank you.

Didn’t get the appointment. When I called the office got voicemail. I’ll still try this app, in the future, but things haven’t gone as planned or good yet. I think this kind of thing can work, it just didn’t work this time.
