I loved my experience! Before starting the appointment, he sat down and went over my history and concerns with me so he could address them as we went along. He did a great job of asking appropriately timed questions throughout the appointment to keep me calm. He also narrated what he was doing/going to do without me having to ask. When I asked him for his opinion on something another dentist had told me, he made sure to clearly explain his opinion; he used X-rays and facts to explain his logic too. The whole appointment was very easy to set up. It also didn’t take a long time. Overall, everyone was very nice, kind, and gentle. I will certainly be going back!

Dr. Urkov and his assistant, Bonnie, were wonderful. I was seen right away and felt very cared for. I was sent an email from the office with documents to fill out before my appointment so that they could contact my insurance and make sure everything done was covered (no surprise expenses!). Dr. Urkov and Bonnie had GREAT bedside manner, I felt very comfortable explaining my issue and needs and didn’t feel judged at all, which is something I’ve experienced in the past. After thoughtfully listening to me, Dr. Urkov explained my issue and provided thoughtful insight on next steps. I highly highly recommend Dr. Urkov!
