Jan is an awesome resource. She helped me navigate through this bad healthcare system for my beautiful Dad. I tried to remove him from a bad nursing home to get him to the VA hospital for evaluation and treatment. They wouldn't release him. That was when someone recommended Jan. She jumped into action right away and told me step-by-step what to do. Jan participated in plan meetings to ensure proper care. My Dad was safe and lived 2 more years. Forever grateful.
