I'm a down-to-earth clinical therapist with over 15 years of experience supporting children, adults, and families across a variety of settings. I offer practical tools you can actually use in everyday life, helping you move toward meaningful, lasting change. I specialize in treating anxiety and stress, and I’m proud to be a Certified Anxiety-Informed Professional. Whether you're navigating personal challenges, relationship issues, or life transitions, I’m here to help you build insight, resilience, and effective coping skills. I hold a Master’s in Social Work and a Master’s in Human Services. I also have a Graduate Certificate in Play Therapy and am currently working toward a Graduate Certificate in Systemic Couple and Family Therapy. I work with individuals, couples, and groups, tailoring each session to fit your unique needs and goals. My therapeutic approach is grounded in evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, the Person-Centered Approach, and Solution-Focused Therapy.
