Dr. Donzo accepts the following insurance plans: Aetna Choice POS II, Cigna Open Access Plus, UnitedHealthcare Choice Plus, Florida Blue PPO / BlueOptions, Sunshine insurance, Medicare Part B, and select Medicare Advantage plans including Humana, Aetna Medicare, and UnitedHealthcare Medicare Advantage. Insurance coverage varies by specific plan. Patients are responsible for confirming that their plan is in-network prior to their appointment. Co-pays, deductibles, and any out-of-pocket costs are due at the time of service. Please bring a valid insurance card and photo ID to your visit. Dr Donzo was very thorough and caught the reason for my ailment right away. She also was knowledgeable about my requested medication and how it would interfere with my current medications. I feel safe with Dr. Donzo

The video sound was horrible. I didn't hear half of what she was saying, which wasn't her fault but I could tell she was getting agitated having to repeat things. She was supposed to fill my medication last Friday, she still hasn't even put it into the pharmacy and it's Tuesday now. Didn't feel very comfortable. Not the fit for me.
